We have seen all the liveries for the season and I was just wondering what one people like the most or even hate.

Personally I like the McLaren livery this year, it just looks modern, shame the cars aren't that good though. Also like the clean and simple Brawn GP colours, just nice to the eye, shame it will be redone when Virgin confirm there sponsorship.

The worst has to be Renault it just doesn't look good nothing can explain how bad it is.

Anyway here is a wee poll for you all to pick your favourite livery. And lets discuss it.

I agree that the Renault livery is just plain ugly. However, that's the price to pay when attempting to combine the major sponsors (ING) colours of orange, white and blue with that of other sponsors (Total) red and Renault's traditional yellow. The McLaren just looks gaudy- as per usual. Ferrari is bland, but at least in keeping with tradition. Good to see Force India display the colours of the Indian nation- although that's about as Indian as they get.

IMO the best livery is sported by the Williams FW31. It looks the most stylish and the most uncomplicated- blue and white. That being said I preferred last season's livery with the darker navy blue. That was grand. However, nothing compares with the Rothams liveries of the mid nineties. Those were the days- Senna,Coulthard, Hill, and Villenevue and multiple constructors championships to booth- first class.

This year's livery is still fitting for 2009 driver's world champion nico rosberg and F1 constructors champions Williams GP Engineering

It's definitely between McLaren and Williams for me.

like the Williams and the Brawn. But considering that Virgin have a large spoonsorship deal coming likely to make the car completely red I will vote for Williams

I love the new lighter blue shade on the FW31, looking back on the FW30 from last year the car feels a bit ugly, but I suppose that's because practically all 2008 cars now look ugly and dated in comparison with the smooth lines of the 2009 cars. And also the FW30's performances on most tracks was ugly too.


BTW it's nice to have another regular Williams posted around here now, give me some company.

Na i think the 2008 cars look like an F1 car, the new ones with their wings look like a lesser series, even though i am getting used to the look of them!

I think they look great!! I love the fact they're faster than last years cars too, and you can shove it in the dumbarses faces who say the look low tech.

Close one between the Force India and Renault. The Renault looks the part but too bad its a Renault
