Next time, because of this issue (which is related to WB's email provider not accepting the forwarded emails from my server), I have set it up so I get the picks as well, just in case, so this doesn't happen again! What would you lot do without my technical genius!
After spending a half hour with Comcast tech support and telling them what the problem is and they needed to open a ticket and look at my email headers and confirm that they're getting the email traffic or not, and that would be the only way to effectively troubleshoot this. So after having to placate the guy for a half hour and confirm that my spam filter isn't the issue and that I can receive email and that my account is okay...
he transfers me to his "tier two" because he's sorry that he's unable to resolve my issue, and the call hangs up during the transfer.
