Oh really now Bud. Where I live from what I have been told that second language that is taught is usually Italian. If not Italian then perhaps Greek. And then maybe German or French in the more classy schools. Whatever you wrote I do not recognise at all. What language was it Bud? My comment was in Croatian. That is a language that actually exits and people speak. And as for Gaellic, do you even speak it? Most people in Scotland do not even speak it as they all speak English. And Bud one more thing. If you wish to challenge me stick to F1 as Languages/Linguistics wise you have no chance in hell against me. That is my specialty and my passion (not counting Ferrari of course). Just look at my footer.
Didn't say it was dead Bud. Just said most people in Scotland speak English. And for the record Gaellic isn't even an offical language in Scotland meaning only English has offical legal status. Same situation I guess as you have in Sicily. Italian is the only recognised offcial status language but most people speak Sicilian or dialects of Sicilian which are not Italian dialects. By the way another language I know how to speak.Regarding Irvine. I really don't want to comment on him. I am only going to get McLaren Fan hyped up. They are both from Northern Ireland so I will pretend that Irvine was great. And yes I know he drove for Ferrari but in 1999 (with Schumi being out) Hakkinnen was the better driver over Irvine and deserved the title. Ferrari was the better car and deserved the constructors title. So in all (excpet for Schumi breaking his leg) 1999 was a good year. The right driver, Hakkinnen won the drivers title and the right car, Ferrari won the Constructors title.
